Our classes cater to individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, offering plenty of options and variations to suit your needs.
While all our classes are beginner-friendly, we recommend starting with a Matwork class to grasp the fundamentals of Pilates.
We provide a 2-week trial for new clients, allowing you to experience all our classes firsthand. This trial period helps you determine the most convenient days and times that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer 1:1 appointments before joining a class.

With our fun, engaging classes and lots of variety and layers, you can expect an enriching experience every time you step onto the mat.
Pilates can be incredibly beneficial in aiding injury recovery and rehabilitation. However, if you have a chronic medical condition or a recent major injury, we require clearance from your healthcare practitioner before joining our classes.
If you have significant restrictions, personalized 1:1 sessions may offer better assistance.

Yes, our Matwork and Barre Attack classes are safe to do throughout your whole pregnancy.
We will adjust exercises for you as we go so you are working to the appropriate guidelines for every stage of pregnancy.
Upon obtaining clearance from your healthcare practitioner, you can resume your Pilates practice six weeks after a natural birth and twelve weeks after a cesarean section. We will gradually reintroduce you to Pilates with modified exercises to ensure your safety and support throughout the process.
While we warmly welcome individuals of all ages, Pilates demands a certain level of concentration. We ask that you evaluate your child's maturity level before bringing them to class.
For children under 16, please attend their first class with them.

Absolutely! Each of our classes is designed with a variety of options and layers to ensure your safety and comfort throughout your Pilates session. Our instructors are always available to assist you and address any questions or concerns you may have.
To book a class, the initial step is to create a Good Vibes account via our booking system, PT MINDER.
You can download the PT MINDER app on your phone or by accessing the provided link below on your phone or computer. Use the area code goodvibespilatesstudio to make your profile

Through our PT MINDER app, you can add yourself to the waitlist for any fully booked class. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, it is automatically offered to the next person on the waitlist. You'll receive an email notification when this occurs, but we also recommend monitoring the app for real-time updates.
We specialise in personalising our classes so there are only a maximum of 10 people in Matwork classes, 6 in Barre Attack classes and 5 in Reformer classes.
Yes! Private sessions are ideal if you would like to work on a specific goal, improve your Pilates practice or are recovering post surgery or injury. This session will be tailored to you.
Sessions are by appointment only and can be booked individually or as a duo. This is perfect for those who would like to workout with family, friends or a partner.

Whilst we do not have a membership option, we do have a variety of package options, each with a 6-month expiry. You can choose from 1, 5, 10, or 20 class passes, ensuring plenty of flexibility and options for everyone.
All packages expire 6 months after the purchase date except the Two Week Trial available exclusively to new clients.
Yes, each class requires a booking to secure your place. We have limited spots available for each session, so we encourage you to book as early as possible, especially for your preferred classes, to ensure you secure your spot.
All classes: bring a sweat towel, water bottle, and your grip socks.
For Matwork or Barre classes: also bring your own yoga mat.
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
We recommend wearing comfortable yoga and fitness clothing that allows for easy movement.
Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes before class start time so you can get relaxed, comfortable and organised before the class begins.
Yes! Our studio is located in the Balhannah Junction Shopping Centre and there is ample car parking in the shopping center and also street parking on Junction Road.
