The great news is that all our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced as we tailor the program with different options for each exercise.
We do recommend starting with either a Matwork class or a private session to learn the basics, especially if you have concerns about an injury or limitation.
Our main priority is the well-being and safety of each and every client so we maintain small classes. Your are not in a huge group and this makes it easy for us to give exercise modifications as needed.

We are qualified and experienced to guide you throughout your pregnancy journey. Pilates is widely recommended during pregnancy as it offers gentle, safe support for your changing body throughout each trimester.
Our Matwork and Barre Attack classes are safe to do while pregnant. If you would like to start your pilates journey and you are beyond 12 weeks, we require you to book a 1:1 consultation for personalised guidance.
