Studio Pilates:
Hi, my name is Kirsty and Pilates resonates with me for so many reasons. It is a fitness experience that is gentle on the body and suits everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. I've personally experienced its transformative effects, even rehabilitating some of my own injuries through Pilates. My teaching style is relaxed yet professional, infused with humour and joy. I thrive on incorporating variety and layers into my classes, and I must admit, I have a soft spot for pulses.
From my early years, sports and fitness have been my passion. While I've enjoyed many sports, netball holds a special place in my heart. My fitness journey began in 2012 when I became a certified personal trainer. Initially, I taught various classes like bootcamp, HIIT, and kickboxing. However, it wasn't long before I discovered my love for Pilates and obtained qualifications in Matwork Pilates in 2013. Over the years, I expanded my expertise to include Barre Attack and reformer Pilates.
Constantly seeking growth, I regularly undertake new courses and workshops to enhance my skills and inspire my clients. When I'm not at the studio teaching or expanding my knowledge, you'll find me indulging in outdoor activities like beach outings, hiking, kayaking, snorkelling, or playing netball, and spending quality time with my dog, Holly.
